Greystar Investments(Pvt) Ltd believes in alleviation of poverty amongst the economically active low income citizens as well as the potential growth of the informal sector. To that end, we have the following broad categories of products:

Salary based Loans

This facility is extended to individuals to finance consumptive and unforeseen needs that include school fees, funeral expenses and other emergencies. This product is payroll based and as such it shall be extended to individuals that are formally employed by organizations formally approved by Greystar Investments (Pvt) Ltd. Other individuals who are employed by organizations that are not on our approved list are subject to a further vetting process before approval. Loan repayments will be done on a monthly basis through a direct payroll deduction (deduction at source) by the respective employer as well as through cash or transfer by the borrowing customer (subject to agreement), this facility will also be extended to qualifying Civil Servants.

Micro, Small business Enterprises (MSMEs) Loans

These are short to Medium term Loans meant to mainly finance the working capital requirements of MSMEs as well as meeting Capital Expenditure requirements. They include small scale agricultural loans, value chain financing, leasing, micro-housing loans, inventory finance, receivables finance, factoring, guarantees and bonds, advances against remittances and other receivables. Particular attention and preference will be given to women groups in business, rotating savings and credit associations, small-scale agriculture and youth.
